1. That the social representative of the place agrees that the place functions as a collection center.
2. Have a space that allows donations to be stored and this space is only used for the collection center.
3. Put the sign that identifies the place as a collection center in Mexico City.
4. Make a list of people who make a donation, to have a donor base.
